- This was my second visit, emergency basis. They took me as a walk in, no appointment, the assistant was VERY thorough with questions regarding my current condition and I didn't wait long for doctor. The doctor, she was AMAZING, asked even MORE questions, observed my teeth, pushed around and gave me an accurate diagnosis with personal examples & realistic explanations as to how to form her resolution. - It is difficult to say something nice about a dental visit because it is not pleasant, but I have to admit that I am very pleased with Dr. Thomas and her staff! They are kind, polite, friendly and professional. I am a fairly new patient (3 visits in), and I have never had to wait long to be seen, which is a huge plus for me. Dr. Thomas is gentle so I am not in pain when the meds wear off- another big plus for me.They come in and get the job done so you can get on with your day. - Today was my 1st day back in 3 months since my amazing filling procedure that took literally an hour, not even. Dr. Tran is amazing & she knows her stuff. She is thorough so expect a perfect job. - 1. I met 4 of the staff there, excluding the Dr. Everyone worked together to move me through the diagnostic and cleaning process. 2. The hygienist removed almost decade old cement left behind from braces by actually putting in the effort and having the right tools. 3. - First, the office is visually attractive. Secondly, the office staff is friendly and professional. Thirdly, Dr. Thomas is pleasant, knowledgeable, reassuring, and best of all, “cool-as-a-cucumber”. - I came to this office for a Dental Bridge and I am BEYOND happy with my results!! Dr. Thomas and her staff will not let you leave if they are not 100%% happy with your results. I mean I can’t even tell the difference between which teeth are real and which are not. The process was very fast and AFFORDABLE. I went in, we discussed my options, 3 days later i came in and got my molding and temporary bridge and they told me it would take about 3 weeks for the permanent bridge to come in but It only took 2 weeks! - I had my first dental appt. a few days ago with Dr. Candace Thomas at Arena Dental, Stockbridge, GA . She was referred to me by a patient, who spoke highly of her. During my research I learned the Dr. attended Howard University School of Dental and one of my best friends mom, Dr. Skinner was a professor and dean of the school, so I knew she had excellent skills and training. Dr. Thomas and her staff did not disappoint at all. They made me feel comfortable. They were professional, timely, skilled and gentle when working on me. - I’ve been going here since October & Already wanna make this my home dentist they treat you with Love and kind . They are very funny and Energetic. I got my fillings today Easy breeze my phone rang (my ringtone is ice me out ) the funniest thing my dentist lady and her assistant started dancing 💃 I laughed that tickled me because I’ve never seen so much humor . - I think I finally found my new dentist. The office is very clean from the baseboards to the vents ( I use to clean houses and small businesses so I noticed the detailed cleaning). They're very informative and they listen. They gave me more options on how I could save some of my other teeth. Other dentist didn't even give me the option to save my teeth they just wanted to pull them all. I cant wait to go on the journey of getting my teeth back in the best shape possible. - I was referred to this dental practice by a friend and am so happy I went there. The staff was very welcoming and the office was clean and peaceful (I’ve gone to other dental practices where the walls were scuffed I assume from furniture and kids playing). I needed an extraction and Dr. Thomas was able to remove it the same day, only took her about 10 minutes! I’ve never had such a great experience. With past dentists, they had to use extra shots to numb my mouth and weren’t as patient. Dr. Thomas talked to me the whole way through (she probably sensed I was nervous) and made me feel very comfortable. Before I knew it the tooth was out! I came back a week later so they could check if I was healing properly and my experience with the staff was great once again. They then suggested other services that were available to me at no out of pocket cost with my insurance. I was able to get a cleaning by the hygienist named Tram (who was so sweet and spoke to me like I was a dear friend). They looked at my dental plan and suggested which procedures I could get without coming out of pocket. - I wanted to take the time out to say how impressed I was with my first visit with Dr Thomas. I recently changed providers and was apprehensive about going so. Upon coming in and checking out I was definitely impressed with the service the cleanliness of the office and the time they took with me to explain my treatment- which I will say in comparison to my last dentist- the fees are competitive. Dr Thomas had a Great bedside manner and answered all my concerns first before addressing what she saw. She then put my treatment plan all together and I’m not only amazed but Happy!!! - I was referred to Dr Thomas's office and I visited Arena reluctantly due to the fact that I knew what dental issues I was having in the past and was quoted a substantial amount of money to have filings done and some other work. I was very nervous walking in as I had not seen a new dentist for over 8 mos. I went in and had an exam and cleaning which truthfully speaking wasn't bad like my previous dental group I saw. The young lady that did my cleaning was super cool and took her time to explain the importance of coming in on time for my cleanings. The Dr was amazing with her exam - she had a great bedside manner and made me feel extremely comfortable because she explained to me - not chastised me about neglecting my cavities like the other group. Now the worst part - who wants to talk payment right? Actually they broke down my benefits for me for my insurance and the out of pocket cost was extremely lower than the previous (well known group) I had went to before. I have since finished all my treatment - with out all those ugly silver filings and I have extreme confidence in my Dr and her staff !! They even followed up with me regarding my fillings!!! Who does that lol- I love it! Super clean office and I will add too that I have NEVER been in and out of a dental office so fast!
